Does anyone else remember this 1989 animated short? I loved it as a kid but I never had a chance to tape it (due to a VCR error). Eventually I forgot the name of it so I was never able to find it anywhere. But recently, thanks to YouTube and some extensive searching I have finally been able to watch it again for the first time in over 20 years! Here's the links:

Apparently there was a sequel (which I never saw) called Birthday Dragon, so that's another thing to search for.
