It depends on the relationship and how long it has lasted- I've dated people for a little over a month, felt a twinge of heartbreak but moved on fairly easily.

I try to remain chill about everything; my house is in a current state of disarray due to renovations, my mom and step-dad hate my guts, there's a severe shortage of rental housing within the city, I have uni in a week, I'm flat broke, and the world beyond is going to hell in a handbasket.
All I can really do is keep calm and carry on.
