Haha, yeah. That Job? not my job anymore.
Basically the chef/employer is one of those people that wants someone to know everything before they've even started.
He also doesn't want to pay for that experience.
Basically he's going to be shooting himself in the foot if he keeps running his business that way, and I'm just going to let him.
If you ever are in Lexington, VA and see the Cafe Michel... Just drive on by. It's not worth spending $50 for a meal there.
