Issues affecting me & Commissions

Hi everyone!
I don't know how active I'll be online in the next little while. Having a lot of trouble where I live at the moment.
In not-so-short;
- I live with three other people who don't clean up at all,
- I can't use the loungeroom because of mess and stuff they're storing in it,
- I can't use the kitchen because it's completely unsanitary - I'm scared I'd get ill,
- Two of the tenants live in the same room as a couple and their room reaks of stale sweat, rotten food and cat poop - I have to smell it every time I go in and out of my room,
- Other tenants have been moving/tampering with my food and have been unplugging my fridge and freezer,
- Other tenants have interferred with my access to the internet by changing the wireless password, unplugging the modem etc,
- I've been threatened and verbally abused,
- My property has been going missing/being willfully damaged e.g. The only way I get around is by foot, by pushbike or the bus... they took to messing with my access to the property by blocking the driveway and knocking my bike over claiming they'd just tripped on it,
- They caused a flea infestation where my cat, fish and I had to vacate the property for a whole day and I was bitten on several occassions. They didn't think it necessary, apparently, to flea treat, worm and vaccinate their kitten,
- They are causing excessively high power bills that I'm having to help pay to cover,
- They've lied to our Landlady on several occassions when asked about what they've done,
- They've not paid rent on several occassions, back to back, which put stress on me (as the only one paying every fornight without fail) and made it so I couldn't get things in the house repaired or seen to, part their fault, part my Landlady's,
It's been really stressful and I've tried to not let it affect me but it's getting really hard now. It's affecting my studies; I didn't feel confident going to class out of fear they'd mess with my property again (they only first messed with my stuff whilst I was overseas and unable to defend it). My door doesn't have a lock so I can't lock my stuff in my room. I've been to a couple of classes since and they haven't entered my room or anything but they're getting a lot more dangerous with what they're doing - like messing with my food.
So if I'm not active here very much I apologise. I'm having to put data on my phone to access the internet - more money I don't have.
I'd really like to open some sort of emergencey commission thing to help me out - I'm having to eat pre-prepared food and spend a lot of money on phone data so I can still study and I also had to buy my own dishes and cutlery because the communal stuff was never clean. It's put me out a lot of money and I don't want to have to borrow money off my family... I'd rather earn it!
So any suggestions on how I can get some small (I don't think with my study load I'd be able to handle anything too insane) commissions going would be great! I've had a shot at the prepose commission thing and I got one (which was awesome thank you :'D) so I think I might make up a few more of those.
If I start getting commissions I will definitely be active - I won't let this affect potential customers and my ability to communicate with them and deliver them artwork!
But I'm not starving or dieing or anything, admittedly I've not been eating as well as I should be but heck I'm fine :D
Also! Over the last few months I've been aiming to lose approximately 10kg. I used to weigh about 76kg and I'm REALLY proud to say that I beat my weight goal of 65kg by 1kg! I now weigh 64kg! My doctor said to return to her so we can reevaluate my weight - she said the lowest I could go would be 62kg but I look at myself right now and I feel pretty awesome :D
I'm not that selfconscious anymore... but it's really weird being so slim again... I put my hands on my hips and just panic for a second because I feel like I've got nothing left on me XD Not meaning that I'm underweight! Just... in comparison to how my sides used to feel :P
University is getting pretty heavy :'D
I have an assignment that doesn't really have any... well... anything... we were just told to create a portfolio :'D
So that's the news at the moment! Sorry if I seemed to rant there... but it does feel better to get this stuff off my chest and keep you all up-to-date :'D

I don't know how it's going to pan out here - whether I'll be able to stay, if everything gets sorted or whether I'll have to find somewhere else... right now I'm just hoping it'll get sorted and I'll be able to stay in peace until next year when I plan to move to a city down south where I'll be living with friends :'D
I'm sure whatever way it goes, though, I'll be fine! Us Folfs are hardy creatures :P
Commission/art-wise, one of the best money makers I do is adoptables. If you make a base and draw like... 5 and charge whatever you feel they're worth, you can make quick money ;v;
Then she ripped off my Commission Sheet and got sad when I asked her to change it... I made her one... and an artist mark... the relationship was so weird. And she wondered why I don't jump into friendships... nevermind calling people my best friend X'D
Our Landlady has said time and time again that she's going to give them notice to leave but hasn't and they've been saying for months that they're moving out 'in a few weeks'. I really don't think they've even found somewhere to go... but the Landlady just believes them :/
If all of this doesn't get sorted out I will be leaving... I can't live like this and I shouldn't have to. The funny thing is... I'm the only one in this whole situation who hasn't broken the law :'D
Hmm, I've had a shot at adoptables before but that was AGES ago so I'll give it another shot :D
