Hmmm...so hard to say...I'm kinda partial to the kobolds from Star Ocean The Last Hope and some of the really high-level dragony bosses from .hack GU third game. Behemoths from FF, Bahamut...the list goes on, even including lizardman from soul calibur series. Ohhh...and the Dragon Newts from Star Ocean The Last Hope -blush-

I like big furry things too...but often they're really cute, kobolds from the star ocean games are like anthro wolves. ^w^ I also like the one guy from the second .hack GU you fight in the arena...what's his name...he's really tall and smexy.
