A Sliding Picture Puzzle

THOOM!!...THOOM!!...THOOOM!!! So...I am an extremely indecisive artist. If you looked inside my head, you would probably see one of those sliding picture puzzles; you know, the ones where you have to move around the little blocks to finally make a complete picture? The picture in my head is always incomplete and is generally always one square shy of being complete but whenever I try to move that square into place, the entire puzzle resets and I have to do it over again!
That is the best analogy that I can come up with for a rather annoying habit that I have. I am always changing stuff, even when I go through the extra measure of concepting stuff in detail. The problem comes in when I'm coloring a picture and I'm almost done. I end up thinking those three horrible words: "I should have..." I should have done this, I should have done that, and when a picture is almost done and ready to upload to share with you all, I'm not really about to delete what I have done so I can make some arguably minor edits. I just wait until the picture is done for that.
In the end, i could put my foot in my mouth all day over this problem that I have, but I guess in the end I could just attribute it to a really active brain that's always wanting to evolve things. I also can think of it as letting everyone who wants to see experience my own kind of concepting process. I see what works, see what displeased me about what I posted, and then you see me change those things in another picture. Annoying for you I'm sure (be honest X3), but even more annoying for me, if it does annoy you.
So basically, if something seems different from last time, don't be alarmed. This is completely normal. Its just the puzzle moving around again. However, I'll make sure that I keep things as consistent as possible.
Have a nice day :3

Maybe they're inspired by people......
Does the whole thing resetting aspect describe how you feel about your sona sometimes? Or is it the more realistic, fixing one thing makes you want to change and improve another thing, and another, and so?
Honetsly I always thought it made more sense to change details on a character then to be constantly making "new" character. When you change details, it feels more like your actually improving your character, where simply making a new one feels kinda...I guess wasteful? Like you have all kinds of good things, but you throw them out for something new instead of making what you already have in a familar character better.
Well, you definetly have the cute aspect of it, and some of the best appearance over body mass I've seen, believe me.
