Of course I'm not that weak, and I have a fair deal of muscle but it's that if I didn't exercise I'd be frail, so even now I'm just above average.
I constantly try to appear strong/mean to hide that I cannot really throw a punch and practically anybody taller than me could take me. Though I've been trying to work out more but not with much since I can't afford a gym and even if I could then I dont' want to socialize. So I'm just gonna try to do some shit I could at home.
If people have any suggestions for exercises, especially arm strength then feel free to tell me. I'm already doing pushups/squats (without lifts)/ and tons of stretches. I'm gonna try to use my treadmill more often too.
