I'm feeling considerably better now that I'm on antibiotics. My throat pains are 95, 96 percent gone, and although my nose and throat were clogged with mucus for the past day or two it's cleared up this morning. I did have a few bad nosebleeds but that was because I was blowing my nose so much I guess; not a problem now that my nasal passages have cleared. X3

In other news on Monday I officially started working in the deli at my local grocery store. The work's not bad, it's mostly customer interaction - the only possibly disappointing thing is that they've got a few too many folks assigned back there at any given moment, and so it kind of occasionally gives me little to do. I suppose it's because they're simply readying for the holiday rush.

Regardless, I'm earning money now! And I've re-opened my bank account.

Also, on Sunday a minor thunderstorm blew through. Not at all bad compared to what we usually get but one well-placed lightning strike has blown out cable and internet for the whole neighborhood. I can still access using my iPhone 3G (thank god I got this thing recently), but I'm a little limited on my activities until we get it fixed. I wanted to cut back on my net usage anyhow, and freaking Charter has yet to send a guy. So much for customer service. XP
