Room Hunting for MFF '12, my opinion on fursuiting, & PSN!

So it's been a crazy-ass month for me, and I've got class in 9 minutes so I gotta make this quicker than I thought it'd be.
I'm working on going to Midwest Furfest in about two-and-a-half months and I'm looking for a room right now. There may also be a chance that I could get my friend 
gardiken to finally come down here to Chicago for it. We're working on that. Personally, I don't care if I sleep on the floor as long as he's comfortable on a sofa or something, but I'm looking for a room and preferably close to the con compared to the hotel I was at last year...which was kinda ratty.
I've also been talking a lot to my mate 
forevertrolling about fursuits lately. My opinion is that they feel awkward...but around furries, if you want to fit in....well, it makes sense. I haven't been in a fursuit before and honestly, I've just never seen it as my thing... I dunno why exactly, but it just hasn't for me. But now I've decided that I'm going to delve into them a little bit more. I am, at this time, debating whether or not I want to get a partial of Aniro. It sounds like fun, and I just want to try that out. Maybe it'll grow on me over time? We'll see. I need the money to fork down on one first! D:
Last but not least, me not living with my mother anymore has opened up a lot of opportunities for me. For one, I could be getting my drivers' license as soon as the end of the year (provided that I get my shit together like documents and whatnot). That alone will allow me to go further. Also, I want to go to other cons than just MFF and ACen (which I'm seriously debating just outright skipping next year after #FailCon). My options at this time for 2013 include Megaplex, FCN, and maybe even Anthrocon. My only other trips long term include big Pokemon tournaments like Regional championships, Nats next year, and possibly even Worlds in Canada (but that's a stretch unless I inexplicably win nats!).
Also, does anyone have a PSN? Feel free to add me as DestinyWolfAniro. That's kinda my only way to talk to people right now because it's my only form of internet at my new place...until I get a new tablet soon. :P
Lately, I've been playing Skylanders and I've gotten started on the Assassin's Creed series because I wanna get caught up before getting ACIII in October. If anyone wants to see the rest of the games I play, just ask and maybe we can get something going. :3

As for a partial, I'm thinking about it. I have been a furry for a good 7 years, so maybe it's time?
Here are the rules for the room are:
1. No drugs
2. If you invite people in, please ask the room "leader" first, and don't leave them in the room unattended.
3. Please respect other roommates things
4. Please clean up after yourself
5. Quiet times: 10pm-9am
6. Please abide by the 6-2-1 guidelines. I dont want to have a stinky room.
7. If you are going to have sex with someone, do it on your sleeping space or in the shower, and please clean up after yourself. Condom wrappers in the trash are fine, but wrap used condoms in a tissue so the cleaning ladies or whoever finds it doesn't have to TOUCH IT
