I dont really understand whit is so hard to get a job i have had plenty of interviews these past few months. When you go in its basically the same thing over and over they look over your application and then ask you questions about world experience and the likes. They also ask you about your school history. They sometimes have you fill out assessments. Well other times they ask you questions about times you were under pressure or times when you have failed to do something. They will also ask you what about your last job. Its just the same thing over and over agian. That slightly nervous feeling you get inside and that small flicker of hope in your eyes that this might just be the time you get the job. But its nothing when the moment comes and they say if we are intrested we will contact you. "we will contact you in a week if we are intrested in you" that alone fills you with more hope also dread that they wont select you. After you leave the interview you head and mind is racing with thought, should i have done this or should i have said this? But what can you do but hope you did your best and hang your head up high with a smile inside. Oh and don't forget make sure you send in a thank you letter it shows you really want the job. Just be patient about the whole thing in due time things will come together but sometimes they don't and it leaves a bad taste in your mouth and a bit of sorrow. But look up and smile they had given you an interview after all Thats shows they were at least intrested in possibly giving you a postion.

Well all I can say is hard work pulls off they offered me the job on the spot today you are looking at a new person with a new job. Not to mention McDonald's wants me to come in for ssecond interview and taco bell called me as well. For everyone else out there good luck and don't give up
