Yeah, I know someone that thinks eating food from the microwave will give you cancer. I was utterly amazed at such nonsense. How would technology used for cooking food that causes cancer be in common usage since the 80s? I can understand if it was less than ten years ago, but thirty? Not only that, but a microwave oven used for cooking food has been around in commercial usage since the 50s. If such a link were discovered then there would be no microwave ovens on the market. I guess logical reasoning just doesn't apply to most people.
