So after much stressing out Arenanet got back to me within a day and I am quite happy about that. Still irritated that it was able to happen in the first place. Thankfully the only damage was my gold missing. In the grand scheme that is not such a big deal. Though another irritation arose when I tried to purchase some gems to replenish my gold supply and though my money was taken and confirmation email was recieved I was not delivered my gems. S all in all im not terribly thrilled with ArenaNet today.
