Posting the interactives
So, after working for a long time on Writing.com, I've finally come to the conclusion that I need to look elsewhere to post my stories. I've become fed up with the 10,000 character chapter limit and the things that does to my editing and flow of the scenes I write. For those of you who might not understand the problem, please consider how it feels to spend several hours hammering out a scene just the way you like it and then having to go back and extract sentences to make it "fit" or having to break it into two parts. Breaking might sound easy, at least until you consider that you don't want lots of short chapters because the interactives have a 250 chapter limit linearly. Considering that I don't branch out my stories, the end of the interactive looms ominously every time I find myself having to make more chapters to display a single scene.
I don't want to do it anymore. So I'm looking for other options for my stories on writing.com. My coauthor Bmao from my Dragon interactive suggested putting it on Fur Affinity. Doesn't sound like a bad idea =P, however, how can I organize it so that a single story can be written by two authors?
The only thing I can think of is to post the story chapter by chapter and include hyperlinks in the description that leads to the next chapter, whether that be on my own account or my coauthor's. I know how to do this, yes, but is there an easier way?
I also considered starting a blog, but Bmao is afraid we won't get as much exposure to the right audience there. Does anyone have any experience with blogs who can offer an opinion?
I'm hoping someone out there might have a solution to our problem, so please comment if you have any thoughts

I guess that also explains why you stopped posting back on writing.com. Mind you, I can't say I'm entirely happy with the place, the option limit of 5-5-3-3-2-2-2->∞ can get to be a bit tedious.
