Yay! A new Pokémon Mystery Dungeon game! =D

Now FA is really back, I can write this journal. ^^
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon:
I just checked the news on serebii.net and... Yeah! Like the title said, there is a new Pokémon Mystery Dungeon (on 3DS this time)! According to the screens, the Pokémon will be this time in 3D (and not in sprites, unless for the mugshots) and only one version this time. And obviously, the 5G will be here this time.
I'm a big fan of this serie and I'm so excited that I really hope this game will be released in US and Europe! Last time, we didn't have the WiiWare Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games but I really hope the new one will be released. But anyway... Can't wait for more news! =D

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon in my opinion is the best spinoff series Pokemon has.

I squee'd upon seeing the announcement.
Pretty much everyone I know hates seeing this announcement/doesn't really care for it, but I really hold the Mystery Dungeon games close to my heart. The first was decent, but the second one was fantastic. I just hope that it's not just something rushed out seeing that it's already gonna be out in Japan by the end of this year. That's really soon. Personally, I'm kinda glad the WiiWare games weren't localized because they just seemed really rushed and quickly put together, plus I think 1500 Points each for three versions of the nearly same game is highway robbery.
But hey, now they're just doing one game, and from what we've seen so far, it looks like there's more effort than the WiiWare games. I probably would've had some rage if they just used the My Pokemon Ranch/Pokemon Rumble models because honestly, I don't really like the models that much. They were fine for My Pokemon Ranch, and even okay from Rumble, but Mystery Dungeon... No, I really don't like that being used there. I'm glad they're going with the 3D models from Pokedex 3D Pro.
I'm curious though. I really hope to see as much effort in this game as I saw in Explorers of Time & Darkness, or even more.
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon is my most favourite serie and I'll obviously check the news when I can! =D
Yeah. Some hate this serie because it's too repetitive, something like that... But me, I don't care. I played a lot in this serie, especially the first one which I almost completed the Adventure Log. And my hero, still a Bulbasaur, has max stats everywhere except in HP, and without cheating! I really enjoyed Blue Rescue Team, it was like discovering a new serie and a new Pokémon universe in this one. For the second PMD (Time, Darkness and Sky), well, I loved the story and the musics, and the partner is so cute. The only thing that annoy me in PMD2 was the inventory... In the firsts PMD, it was so easy to stock items, you just stock and that's all. But in the PMD2, you don't have this problem until your storage is full, and so, time to fix inventory, like selling items, tradings them, etc... Each time, before I start to explore, it took me 30 minutes to 1 hour before I fix my inventory... But other than that, I have nothing to say, I enjoyed the rest. ^^ For the WiiWare games... Yeah. They used the ones from Pokémon Ranch and others, there is also not so much dungeons and still the 4G, and no much story as well... Anyway... Bulbasaur wasn't even a starter we can choose... >_> For the new PMD on 3DS, I really hope it will be released, especially since the 5th generation is here now. ^^
And yup! Only one instead of two, honnestly, I think that's not so bad. In the firsts PMD, there were 2 versions, one for GBA (for people who didn't have a DS at this time) and one for DS (with better music), that was something interesting. For the seconds PMD, well, it was more or less useless because at the end, there is not too much difference. And between Time, Darkness and Sky, it's better to take Sky because it's more completed. For the new PMD, I don't mind with only one version. Besides... That's right they're putting an effort to include Pokémon 3D and in normal shapes! Mugshots might remain as sprites but at least, we'll have the feeling to be still in a PMD game. ^^
Me too, I'm really curious! I hope they'll make an effort to make the game less repetitive like adding some minigames, puzzles, etc... At least, for the others. But anyway... Wait and see then. ^^
