sorry this is a big rant cause, I'm so mad right now and annoyed!
I feel like this should be said, now I'm very clam nice, person. I love art, I love having friend all over the world and the state but this has gotten to a point that just made me very mad. and disappointed. I have trusted enough to pay fully for fursuit. ok got the money. I asked would it be ready by June, yea sure it be ready for AC, waited still no suit. so I asked again when will my suit be ready. just waiting on fur. .....what? how can my suit be ready in June when it wasn't even done? ok, let that one slid. so would it be ready fro FA:u. AGAIN THE ANSWER was yes. and I was really excited so excited but ten I messaged and no answers any more and this was in July to Aug, and it been way past FA:U and what not now going into Step and still nothing, ignoring me now. the costumer is being ignored that not right no matter, how busy you are. if you can't handle the business then don't do it. if I knew this would happen I would had never order a fursuit from this girl. its not right. I'm so mad right now. and I think she ripped me off. my mom was right all along, I should had never trusted anyone, you can't trust anyone any more.. now, I have no choice but to take it up with the law cause I paid a lot of money for this fursuit. now it may sound a little rude, but I think when someone pays for something, they shouldn't be ignored for months on end. I should at least get some updates, I should know whats going on so, I wouldn't think anyone had ripped me off, but no nothing I get nothing cause you know. no one can deal with the costumer cause that wouldn't be right.....really I had enough. now all it sound to be is a huge excuse. and I'm sorry but. I never waited or been left in the dark with fursuit that I paid for before in my life. this would be the first time, and I had been ripped off before in costuming so excuse me for being that costumer that is a bit on the iffy side with stuff.

What was the last update? Is it possible to ask to just send as is with a partial refund? I don't even know what to tell you at this point :/
I feel that if she was just honest about the time delay from the start this wouldn't have been a problem.
It's very unprofessional of her to take your money and not meet any deadline and not keep in contact with you. If she knew she couldn't complete it she should have said so, it looks like she probably excepts too many commissions at once and doesn't have time to finish them all when they should be done cause Juanita has been having the same problem with her.
