Tonight at the end of my shift someone from the morning crew stuck their fingers in the fryer.
I asked if my crew had remembered to turn the fryer back on and I watched as the confused employee casually stuck his fingers in the fryer oil.
It was, in fact, not on yet.
I am going to bed now. Jut thought I'd share this.
