Okay, so tomorrow morning I depart on a much simplified remount of my bike trip.
Essentially, I'm taking my bike on the train to County Sligo, where I'll be staying at a B&B not too far from Benbulben mountain:

I'll be staying in the area for three nights and just exploring the county on bike by day. Having the B&B as a base means I won't need to haul the backpack around with me everywhere, which should make things consdiderably easier than last week.
