Second Life commission payments, Why moar?

Lately, ive received a few commissions from people on second life, this is fine by me but when you pay in L$ theres a reason you shouldnt flip your shit and go "BUT I PAID TEN DOLLAH FOR THIS L$ WHY YOU WANT MOAR DAN DAT", well things get complicated when it comes to transferring L$ to cash, if your paying someone directly what you paid for the L$ then your really underpaying them if its in intent to be transferred into Rl usd$.
Heres a few reasons.
1. Fees: LL charges a 1$ fee to process credit from your Second Life account. so essentially, add a dollar to the price tag to help exclude this/
2. Buy/Sell rates: These vary wildly, in unpredictable ways, wherein 1000 l$ may be purchased for $4.35, It will sell for only $3.77 (check lindex tales yourself) in terms of proceeds, then subtract the dollar it takes to process the credit via paypal or wire-transfer, leaving me with only $2.77.
3. Time. A LL process credit, after fees and weird Buy/Sell rates, takes 3-5 business days to actually reach paypal, and from paypal it needs another few days to go into a bank account. It is certainly not a very efficient system of payment.
SO~ Sl prices currently are as follows.
Lineart: 1700l$ = $5.41 after processing.
Colored: 2950l$ = $10.12 after proceessing.
Paypal is a greatly preferred payment method for these reasons.
