A friend of mine wants to teach me how to play Magic The Gathering soon, but I'm still rather reluctant on it. Lotsa people say it's really hard to understand and master, and the cards look confusing. Maybe I've gotten used to the old Pokemon and Yugioh TCGs from back then. The game does sound interesting though.

Anyone got any helpful views on this currently-ongoing card game? Might as well get some insight and advice while I'm at it.
