Anyone good at making videos?

Hey, is there anyone here that is great at making You Tube videos and such?
I want to know if someone could make me a video for me for the heck of it, so that I can download it to my PSP and watch it anytime I please and that I would like to have one before the week is up to use for my trip next week to my homestate in Wisconsin where I will be visiting family.
I wanted to download this video, but You Tube has a law against it for some reason: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=04WYIrsUe4k
This video is just a slide show of Girl Furry pin-ups, just normal pin-ups, no nudity. Its the way I like it usually.
If you want to make a video similar to this for just me, I would be ever so grateful.
And before anyone asks, I will NOT post this on You Tube and call it my own. I don't ever do that and if I did, I would definably give you credit. :)
