Can't figure out this 1980s tv show.... halp D:

Or it might have technically been in the very early 90s.
It was this christian tv show that came on super early in the morning and it was about a dog that watched over two children and craved pizza. Half the time the dog was an actual living dog, and the other times it was someone dressed as her. She tried to teach these two kids jesus lessons, and the devil would tempt her with pizza or something. The opening theme had her putting her pawprint on someones cast (I think).
Has anyone else seen this show??
For some reason it has been driving me crazy not being able to figure out what it was which is funny because I remember disliking it as a kid.
Its like.. my never ending mystery.

...wait no I think I got it is it called The Gospel According to St. Bernard? :P
