actually its a good thing this time ... ive been renting a small bachelors sweet for four years now and i want out, its nice and cozy but its basically a converted single car garage 12ft wide and 20ft long containing kitchen living room and bedroom in one my new home to be is 1100 sqft the rent turns to a morgage payment and new utilites will be draining my pockets

i pray i have extra still to make my trip to further confusion yet again
