Dredd

Saw Dredd 3d: With my mom. My first 10 minutes I realized I took my mother to a film that had stunning opening dialogue like the word fuck. The word was repeated seven times to be lucky I guess.
After the initial uncomfortable reaction. It was a decent action movie. The effects were good, but not really very dredd. It was one of those hard ass future cop movies, but it felt like there was no adventure there. Like this was just another day on the job. Even with the things that tried to pump the movie up like the psychic and stuff the show just felt like something to watch instead of something to get excited about.
Like here is the side quest adventures of judge dredd. Woo.

Heh, the from the start, dredd's custom alone seemed a bit off. Looks like the story itself isn't that epic either, such a shame. It's just like those remakes of movies from the 1990's or 1980's: the special effect are way more advanced, but basically that's it.

OP
I'm just disappointed because there were things they could do with it, but didn't. Plus a friend of mien told me it was awesome. I sort of have to wonder what kind of chemicals he was taking.
