Tablet Assitance Required!

Hey all. I have a Wacom Bamboo tablet. But I haven't ever really been able to use it very efficiently.
I have trouble not being able to see where I'm drawing, but I figure that may be something I can over come with enough time to adjust to the learning curve.
However, something I simply can't figure out is pressure sensitivity.
I use Paint Tool Sai, and I could really use some tips/tricks for making the pressure sensitivity actually, like... Work, and stuff. XD
Anyone who can offer any help, I'd seriously appreciate it!
EDIT :
Nevermind.
Taillone made the tablet go with her Batman powers. <3 Thank you, hun!

And I'm having so much trouble with settings, I've been peeking at settings and googling things, but not having much luck. It seems like I really need someone to hold my hand and baby me through the process.
That, and I have heard that you could mess things up by messing too much with settings. And someone else said Bamboos don't work with Sai in Windows 7. Argh.
For me, I thought my problem was not being able to see where I was drawing, but it seems like my real issue was all in the settings! It's 100 times easier with my settings not being all messed up. ^.^ I might become a tablet artist yet!
