Life (or lack thereof) Update!

So, after that somewhat messy week. I guess I'll update things here. So, our clinic lost another resident ferret exactly a week after the last one. For some odd reason, probably because I don't tend to get attached to any of the animals here, I was in charge of the case. The vet asked me to check on the ferrets upon her arrival. I found the little one dragging himself back into bed after I woke him up. I scooped him up and showed him to the vet who began to start really worrying. I got xrays on him and sure enough, it was lymphoma. We knew his life was going to end soon. I thought he had a few months, but then, it just kept getting worse and I knew that he would be lucky to make the end of the month. A few days later, he went so far downhill, we had to euthanize him. It was for the best, those two were always together. Life and death could not pull those two apart for long, it seems
