That stinks. I hope you feel better soon! I had that happen to me once a few years back. I got a cold right after Christmas and it lasted past New Years and I completely lost my sense of smell and taste. It was horrible not being able to taste my food.

I hope so too! It puts a wedge between me and anything social. I've had worse, though ... but it they get worse the less frequently you get them, ya know? I've prolly gotten sick three times in the past four-ish years.

Of all the serious symptoms of illness, the rejecting coffee is the worst. Suggest Starbucks injections twice a day. And plenty of bed rest! :D
