Not yet, but folks who donated a certain amount ($5 and up, I believe) got early invites to help test the site out.

I don't know if the invites have gone active yet (I know they were planning on waiting a day or two so all the beta users could get in and settled a bit), but when the go live, sure! +note me your email so I can shoot you one then! :D
