Right now I'm running a special, one full coloured+shaded chibi of any character wearing lingerie, starting at $15.

Must proved a reference image of the character. A reference image of the lingerie you want isn't needed. You can either send one, describe it, or let me choose.
Prices may increase if character has excessive details or doodads.
