Aaahh, it means i can sort out the bedroom, make some space and get some of your squeaky breathrin up! that and i can put them in the cupboard i had put aside for them! so its very good. give it a fortnight and i should be near normallity here.

Its a two bedroom end terrace house. so in context of houses its about avarage for a starter home.

For a general house, it was well placed (a little under 80k) needs some work, but doiable :3
