Here are a couple sites that offer decent online flight tracking and radar. These can be fun if you like knowing who is flying above you. :)

This is the one I use the most, also includes weather radar.

This one has a nice feature known as "pilot view", which allows you to see what the pilot is probably seeing from the cockpit utilizing Google Earth's Flight Simulator feature.
