I don't get it...

Claiming that there are no "known problems" is basically saying that the site runs perfectly, and any hiccup you do come across is a fluke and/or will be fixed shortly.

Incidentally, I reported a bug where on the submission page, it refers to anything starting with the current numerical date as "Today" -- ex: today is the 8th, so it will say "Today, 8 February, 2012."

After waiting several months for a response, it got into the queue, and after several more months it was closed without resolution.

So yeah, no idea.
