Well, to begin with you shouldn't use McAfee, it blocks things for no reasons. Not sure what the best way to deal with that is, but personally, I would uninstall McAfee and install either AVG or Avast instead, at least they won't act retarded with mIRC...

step three. install Norton and remove McAffee.
