She is opening up two badge slots. She has to practice her badges since the last one came out really crappy(at least she says that). NO CATS THIS TIME PLEASE!!
She doesnt like them. The badges will look something like this: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9000278/ Unless she feels really out going then she will think of something else for your badges. But the example is basically what your going get.
ONLY BETTER!! The rules are simple, they are as followed:

1. Post a ref (no felines please, again I epically fail at them)
2. Post a journal of this raffle
3. Watch her
4. Say "Rumi" in your comment(s), you will be assigned a number at that point
