Ha.Well, the guys does have a book on the warning signs when a cat is trying to kill its owner.

This is why I'm a dog person.

Cats are genetically born to hunt. All the best cat toys help curb that instinct. They get a "kill" but no corpse.

True but it's kind of cruel to the animals that they leave to die.

I dont think they leave them. Cat's instincts are to kill so Im sure they do but it is apart of life.

Well roaches are a nasty bunch in your home. Exterminating those things is the way to go.

Oh, no its not an investation or something. There these big flying ones that wander in on hot evenings. I suspect she also goes looking for them and then brings them inside to play with.

lol we had 3 cats back when I was younger, and they used to tear up birds and swallow little mice whole while they were still alive, also lizards.
Sometimes cockroaches..

They were indoor/outdoor cats, 3 strays 1 adopted.

Dogs will do this stuff too occasionally lol.

I figured any domesticated cat or dog will have their moments when they kill something small. It feels like from the information that cats may do it more often.
Then again I'd have to do some research on it before I jump to conclusions.
