ok So I went to the doc's and It was confirmed I have Tonsillitis.
They gave me Antibiotics to take four Times a day every 6 hours , sadly I was told they don't kick in for 24 hours so in the mean time I am in pain and not able to eat >< I tryed but it made me worse.
Sorry about moaning on here but I felt I should keep an update , don't know why
