In short why I have to move:
Mate who I live with and rely on cheated on me and completely ignored my feelings on other sensitive subjects. I am treated like a maid and a burden thus I need out.

I have a place to move to but its was a storage space in an old house that I have spent the last two weeks turning into a mold free livable space.
