I recently made my Commission prices more widely known, because i need help extra money as it were to live and not rack up IOU's and such with roommates. This was because of a looming possibility that has been drawing ever nearer.[if you wish to know why read on if you don't want to hear me bitch best stop here] Two days ago That ever present possibility reared it's ugly head. I got a letter from workers comp telling me that because i am trying to switch to MN workers comp they won't pay me any more until it is decided weather or not i am switching. Also it said if it is found i can switch they "will demand repayment of all ND workers' compensation paid on this claim." the repayment will come out of the settlement so i'll likely see Jack and shit and Jack just left town.

Tell them that if they want to stick MN with the bill, they can arrange that with MN. But if they want to be paid back then they'll have to take it up with MN; if ND made the mistake and MN was supposed to do it, then they can get the money back from MN that MN should have paid you rather than ND. This then will force them to either shit or get off the pot -- make them have to have all the court work for the change over done FIRST before they do anything.
