What's your favorite part in your process? What's your least favorite?
My favorite is definitely coloring. I've never been creative when it comes to designs, but I still love the coloring stage the best. Shading makes me want to weep in a mix frustration and boredom.
Sketching. It's something that requires my complete concentration and all of my focus and effort, making me forget about work It's awesome to see your ideas on paper
My least favorite is coloring. I'm a traditional artist so I use actual paper and pencils for my work. I prefer using my hand because I like to have more control. However, when I'm done with the work, it's really obvious I used pencils because of the marks in the colored area. It's hard to describe. I'm trying to get more familiar with digital coloring but I just like old school style
I love this question because I think about it a lot!
Least favorites: Sketching (because I suck at proportions and getting anatomy right the first time) and fur/other texturing (incredibly time-consuming and tedious)
Favorites: Flat coloring (tedious, but it can be enjoyable), shading/highlights (for the most part since the image comes alive a little more) and all the little details (since they can be fun to play with)
Backgrounds are hit or miss... sometimes I have fun with them, and other times they are a PITA.
Favorite part is sketching it out and adding a background to my art.
Least favorite part is COLORING X_X
My coloring skills are lacking imo, I just can't seem to formulate a proper technique since I use my mouse... x_x
