I'm up and back to work on the update. I'll let you know when it's finished and what's new.

Thank you for all of your hard work. I'm looking forward to the opening of the gold content.
If you don't mind some unsolicited advice from a web developer who has worked on both small and enterprisey sites:
A lot of places face similar challenges when updating a live website: they need to upload a lot of content with minimal downtime. To support this, they usually have multiple servers configured, one for development and one for production. Configuration is kept the same as much as possible so as to avoid surprises.
People develop on the dev server (e.g., dev.hthstudios.com), which keeps from affecting the production server (i.e., # When uploading the new content, back up the production server first, then copy over content from the dev server, then do a bit of testing. If there is trouble, then restore the backup to the production server. This way, downtime is minimized and, if you run into problems, you can work them out at a more leisurely pace; it saves a lot of stress.
Most shared hosting will allow you to set up subdomains (e.g., dev.hthstudios.com, test.hthstudios.com, etc.) for free. These can be used to emulate multiple servers (i.e., each subdomains behaves as if it's its own server) at no additional cost.
