This could have a huge chilling effect on the entire US market. Almost everything we consume is in some part an overseas product.
And, O_O I didn't realise it'd extend beyond simple imported goods. Holy shit!
I sure hope to god this crap doesn't get passed through.
I have no idea how it got as far as it did. SCOTUS hasn't exactly been kind to us lately, so I'm a little nervous right now.
