Nope. I nearly did once in high school, in that I had an F at the 6-week mark (just in that class! I'm usually a B - low A guy). Luckily I managed to pull out of that nose dive and finish on a C+. Which was about the best I could manage, as it was only a semester-long class to begin with.

When hanging out with a certain friend of mine, it's rather hard not to.

Slipped around, but never had a bad fall (except that time I had my very first iPod in my pocket. Let's just say I couldn't see most of the screen when I stood back up. Still worked, though. Come to think of it, I think I still have it...). A friend of mine, on the other hand, had a nasty spill and wound up with a concussion during a broomball match one time (on the plus side, our team still won. Though I'm not sure he remembers this part).

Only had to take the bus once, when our school relocated during a remodel. And it was hard to miss, since I had to be dropped off at the stop by my parents first (where I live isn't really a bus area).

Back when I really started discovering the internet at large (early 2007 I believe), I joined a web forum for a rather violent video game. So, insults and rudeness and whatnot were the order of the day. And I started talking like that on there at first, since that was the way of things. But I never quite got the hang of it, so just dropped it and went with the chipper route. And then got the reputation as one of the few nice dudes on the site (or maybe my Happy Tree Friends avatar just cheered everyone up).

Folks who know me have seen my phone. It is not a phone one texts on if one can help it. Not unless you've got a lot of time to spare.

In person on a few gaming consoles. Online for who knows what. I'm very bad with money in some aspects of my life, while as super-cheap and frugal as they come in others. I think that balances me out.

A number of times as a kid when my family went up to the mountains. I may not eat fish (I'm a catch and release guy), but I quite like the activity. It's very relaxing. Also went boat fishing out at sea once, which was a weirdly different experience (just sorta drop the line straight down, and pull up fish).

A few times, yes. Both for school and for the Boy Scouts.

Possibly once as a little kid. In a hotel restaurant with my family for breakfast, and started feeling a little queasy and then BAM. Straight out of The Exorcist.
