Bad news: I have been diagnosed with gallbladder disease. ....it is painful. I am in pain.
Good news: boyfriend found out, and ran to research the disease, AND offered to cook foods for my new restrictive diet. Sweet boyfriend is sweet ♥
FA+

well that's good. Sort of....depends on the food though -_O
and low/no sugar.
and low/no gluten.
and low/no dairy.
and no refined foods.
mostly fruits, veggies, rice, and fish and maybe poultry.
Low sugar is...tolerable. Like just have a set limit range. I don't go above 12g.
Gluten....i don't give a damn. lol
low/No dairy....i don't think i'd want to live anymore. are you a big milk drinker?
uhhh...
i love clementines ^^, baked fish, chicken
gluten = breads/wheats so.... ;_; I love me a pbj sandwich with milk.
and dairy includes cheeses and yogurt. whhhyyyyyyyy DDDD:
fruits are good though! and I actually like leafy greens. so... maybe wont be SO bad x3 but hard. at first. .....suuuuggaaarrrrr sweeeets....
mmmm donuuuts. you can try fat free or sugar free ice cream. but....dont go near the party flavor by blue bunny!!
milk...pepole can buy Silk i think. I drink lactaid milk because my tummeh can't handle regular milk.
cheeses i only eat if i can find the lactaid brand. and i can't handle TOO MUCH cheese. but surprisingly....i can handle pizza.
you can't even more healthier breads?
yogurt...huh! now that's mean :<
for some reason, leafy greens aren't my specialty. I will eat a salad with a good dressing. but seeing as i'm spiritual with different....aspects....i find eating greens a bit tougher than meat. MMMMM i want flanksteak ^^.
i actually LOVE sugar free vanilla pudding by swissmiss ( i think ) or by jell-o. Much more tastier than the original. And if you have a Wegmans...AVOID! it is naaaaasty with just a weird texture.
and the diet change doesn't go away, because the gallbladder is the organ responsible for helping digest/breakdown fats. So my body is essentially forcing me into a vegetarian lifestyle xD I guess it kind of fits that my main 'sona is a horse lol
Oh......then the gallbladder is important. Why couldn't it have been your appendix ><. Still it does make sense though, seeing now your gallblad is injured and won't be able to break down the food you usually enjoy. :(
At least you can find new stuff to eat. Yay?
What about sliced turkey breast? Fish? No more sandvich?
