Upcoming PT Test

General
after my last pt test I realized that I was always scoring in the 80%'s without any effort. So I figured if I actually trained hard and tried hard I could get a perfect 100. So for the past 5 months I've been trying hard to get my 1.5 mile run time down to 9:12 which is perfect. last week I ran it in about 9:50 which is getting 1-2 seconds faster every week. I've been using a combination of sprints, endurance running, road biking, and mountain biking. Toe shoes also helped a lot, but it takes a while to learn how to use them and build up your legs compared to traditional shoes. my waist has always been well under 35" which is full points, but i'm still not maxing out on my pushups and situps, so I'll probably score about a 93.9 which will give me another year to improve. So for the next 2 weeks I'm going to put about 200 miles on my road bike in the week day mornings and mountain bike once a day on the weekends, along with running 3 times a week to try and shave an extra 10 seconds off.
