It could be a scrape against your throat. You should be fine, for now, but don't mistreat your throat to rough foods (too hot, too cold).

Did you bite your tongue? Did you look into your mouth for sores in your cheeks/gums?

Coughing/spitting up blood is also considered an emergency in most cases, so if you want it checked out you should go to the ER.

Yea' just, Watch it. It's most likely just a scrape or inflammation somewhere in your mouth, but if it repeats go to your doc.

It's okay. Like someone else said, it's probably just a scrape-- or (this actually happens to me alot aaaaah) You could have gotten a nosebleed in the waaaay far back of your nasal cavity, and it coulda come down your throat instead of out of your noseholes! ouo Either that, or you may have accidentally cut your gums somehow (this happens to me, too), but since you exercised, nosebleed is the most likely!

You should be ok! Just drink some water (dehydration and a dry climate are perfect conditions for nosebleeds0. If you start bleeding again and feeling real sick, though, make sure you see a doctor!

Coughing, sneezing, eating things that can scratch your throat- if the bleeding stopped you should be fine. Swish a little warm salt water (it works as an antiseptic) and you should be okay :)
