SPIRIT DAY YALL

From GLAAD:
Spirit Day: Go Purple on October 19 for #SpiritDay
Spirit Day is annual day in October when millions of Americans wear purple to speak out against bullying and to show their support for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) youth.
YALL KNOW WHAT DAT MEANS, GET YALL ASSES OUT AND WEAR PURPLE FASTER THAN BRUCE BANNER'S PANTS THAT DON'T RIP PAST THE THIGHS.

Didn't know about this until now of course, and I thought it just looked good on me, but I did get a slight feeling that people might see this choice as stereotypically "gay"-looking. Though that thought was quickly dismissed.
Few people actually know about this I imagine, so I didn't really contribute.
Plus I've never really seen others getting bullied (at any school I went to; which is to say everything but public) or been bullied myself, so I suppose I wasn't really aware there was a problem to begin with.
Then again I have never been really open outside of personal conversation about what my sex-life is like with anyone in public anyways, which may be the larger problem here.
It just doesn't seem like the sort of thing to really casually talk to people about or advertize in public, Heterosexual or otherwise.
Maybe I'm just a bit of a prude, but barring that I can't really imagine that few other than family and close friends would even care one way or the other anyways.
That's just me though~
