Wither added to Foxfire's Texture Packs

Version 20OCT12 of Hybrid, Medieval, and Foxfire's 64 now have a Wither boss consistant with the Wither skeletons.
I will likely announce this formally with a picture just before Minecraft 1.4's Official release.
