It's the fact that we are dealing with customers in Europe. We don't want our access to Europe blocked. It's not really the companies fault. It's European internet laws that we're thinking about.

We don't have automatic renewal at this time. You would have to go back to the store to renew. We are working toward having automatic renewal, but we don't have it right now.

I just purchased a 3 month Gold Membership and I'm not noticing any changes in the game outside of the new map. Will I have to wait until I see any new additions, such as this "Gold Room" that is mentioned on the HTH Home page?

Try logging out and logging back in. Gold zones can be accessed on the southern island. Use the edge of the screen to scroll down on the map screen to see the island.

Looks pretty darn sweet, but I can't find the Redlight district. I would guess it isn't in the game yet, or is a standalone game in itself.

I'm from Norway, works fine, so i'll guess no problem with it here in Europe.

Has anyone else had issues with ClickandBuy? Long story short, after adding a credit card, debit card, and bank account and attempting to buy 6 month and 3 month subscriptions several times (sometimes receiving errors, sometimes not, but never receiving a completed payment and activation key) they "blocked" my account with no explanation. Now I'm expected to call a toll hotline and wait on hold for who knows how much money, just to beg them to let me use their "fantastic" service that couldn't do in three hours what I've done in 60 seconds with paypal.

Formally requesting an alternative payment method, as I do very much want to give you mah moneys fo yo smuts.

Update for anyone who might be experiencing similar issues. Both the bank who handles my credit card, and my personal bank tied to my debit card have clickandbuy.com on their block list due to customer complaints of fraudulent charges. So if you're having issues like I am, you may have to call your bank and tell them to allow the charges to go through... personally I think I'm just going to let the bank block it and say goodbye to a gold subscription. :( No amount of fapping is worth this headache or the risk of using a payment site that half the internet and two major banks consider dodgy.

First of all, any fraudulent charges at clickandbuy are made on behalf of dishonest merchants, not the company itself. We are aware that this has caused issues in the past. Clickandbuy's security is up to par and trusted by some of the largest and most active companies on earth. We will certainly look into alternatives payment processors for the immediate future. One we're definitely looking into is CCBill.

In regards to Paypal: Paypal has made it perfectly clear that they want nothing to do with our company, or the fandom at large. Although they have a very good corporate rating and reputation, amongst mainstream sellers, they are certainly not a viable payment option for furs or anyone who enjoys anything related to unorthodox erotica. Just because you haven't experienced an issue yet, doesn't mean you never will. It's not like we're the only people in the fandom that have lost our Paypal accounts because of this.

Now that we are able to generate funds to cover the upfront costs to establish other payment venues, we will be keeping everyone updated on our progress. We hope to better serve you in the future.

Sorry if I came across as hostile there, just remember I spent over three hours either trying to make websites cooperate, or trying to get customer service "specialists" to understand and fix the issue. It's not your fault I'm having problems, and while my tone might have been colored by the irritation I'm feeling, my request for a different payment option is an honest and well-intentioned one - not just a snide insult. As for Paypal, I can only speak from my own experiences, as I am with Clickandbuy. I really do want to be able to support your company (not to mention get some HQ fap material), and I just can't seem to accomplish that with clickandbuy.

As to your first point, there were more than a few people complaining about clickandbuy throwing out liberal fees and hidden charges, or double charging for single month of game subscription, etc, and they at least felt it was clickandbuy's mistake, not the merchant's. I also don't like that fact that I can't remove my account without contacting their customer support (who thus far have ignored my attempts to contact them by email and phone).

I can understand your frustration. I really am sorry that you're having such difficulties. I am going to be taking some of the money we're making to work with CCBill. I am looking into other possibilities. Money opens up a lot of possibilities.

According to Clickandbuy the user can pay in their own currency. It gets converted to our currency afterward.

I use a debit card for everything online myself. Before clickbuy will work with you you need to confirm that your card is real/good. Go to settings tab, then select payment methods. You should have already registered your card, but if not you can here under "add credit or debit card," once added make sure it is set as you prefered payment method and then click the word confirm. they will tell you they will at some point durring the day charge you 2 fees with a random price from $1.00 to $1.99. once you have both in the confirm section you will see where it ask you to but in the cent amount to prove it was charged to that card. Be careful, they folks I bank with charged me a 1 cent fee for the transaction so my 1st try came up wrong when I tried to enter in the numbers, you get 6 attempts if that fails once they refund you mony delete card reenter it and try again, just be sure to figure out dif between fees and what they charge. Btw, the 1-1.99 they charge will be added to your clickbuy acount so it will be used to buy the membership, don't worry about that. Once they have it confirmed so long as it is you prefered method any difference from you acount and what you are buying (say, 0 in account because you are not setting this up along with an actualy bank account) will simply be charge to that card as if you had used it instead. that's how mine was charged, 1st they used what was there from confirming card, and rest from debit like normal debit sail. May take day or 2 to get all this worked out as they won't sedn the 2 as soon as you click but be patient and should get your card set up.

And if you are needing bank info for the card go online to your card's provider and they should have all info you need. Hope that helps some folks out.

I have to admit the prices seem a bit... high, for my tastes. Personally, what I'd spring for, would be something along the lines of, say, 30 or 40 dollars for permanent access to all "gold" content and a downloadable version of the latest version of HTH.

As it is, even with the half-off prices, paying for a year of "full" access to HTH would run me about the same as a AAA videogame, and, no offense, but I have my doubts I'd spend quite as long playing HTH as I would, say, Skyrim. Once it's up to ten dollars it seems completely off the charts, especially for a temporary purchase.

So, long story short: I'd be interested in paying for gold content and to support the project, but these prices seem way too high and I'm dubious about subscriptions vs one-time payments.
