<Just to explain what the Databanks are>
The Republic Databanks, the largest source of knowledge in the entire galaxy, ranging from the basic fundamentals to the advanced hidden technology of the Intelonians, the Republic Databanks serves as the Galaxy's source of knowledge.

The Republic Databanks started as the first ever programmable AI File System created by the founding Galactic Republic just years before the System Wars. Its AI programming became known as Allison, an acronym long forgotten. It was used to store files and help bring knowledge of the Republic should it fall, the Databanks protected by a very advanced firewall/security system, this prevented users from hacking the Databanks and writing something that is clearly not true or rewrite the face of history.
REPUBLIC FACT!: The first ever Republic Databanks File was actually a family letter written by Amadeus Smith, it described his new life with the love of his life and their new son, this file is what began to the formation of the Databanks.

Its files range from the very founding of the Republic to basic tools to even Advanced Technology that seemed hidden from the face of the galaxy. Its archives are arranged by what similar to a dictionary, ranging from Alphabetical Order, to Uses, and others. Before the Republic became open, the Republic Databanks was secluded to the Republic Territory and Earth only, the reason why they didn't want any modifications or changes to the Archives.
REPUBLIC FACT!: Even before the Databanks were available to the public, there were pirated versions of it already in the galaxy, this became most notable in the Drailkian Territory and Oltanian Territory.
After the Databanks were made public after the First Intergalactic War, the archives were flooded with files from all across the galaxy and Milky Way, eventually the Databanks became the largest source of knowledge in the galaxy. However the many versions of the Databanks can be seen in the galaxy, the most notable is the Oltano-Archives, a mock version of the Republic Databanks, focused on everything on the Oltanian Empire the Oltano Archives serves as much as a tribute to Vernindad.

In all the Republic Databanks is still an ever growing archive, with files being added to its archives every day, though being open to the public, there is still a chance to see a prank or two here and there, but being programmed an advanced AI now, the files will quickly fix this error. Today, the Republic Databanks serve as a way for digital books ranging from genres, its present in almost every library in the galaxy!
