You heard right. A great injustice has been committed that is not only illegal, its reprehensible and immoral. It's best if I quote the original source to do the best justice. Please help...
Hello everyone,
It is with great sadness and anger that I come to ask for your help. A good friend of mine named Niko Black, a resident of Garden Grove, CA, a Mescalero Apache who has terminal cancer was evicted from her home by the Orange County Police and Wells Fargo, even though she has a Federal Court Order preventing this from happening.
The police broke in early in the morning when Niko was still in bed. From what I understand she was just barely able to get into her wheelchair, dragging herself. The police had guns pointed to her head as they did so. As they evicted her, they did not allow her to take her medication that she relies on to STAY ALIVE and she was forced to call paramedics and was in a very serious condition by the time paramedics arrived. This illegal eviction could have killed my friend.
Apart from what they did they still said the following to her: "Why dont you be a good little girl and sign the papers, it's not like your going to last long enough to see the end of this thing, we can stretch this out for a long time"
My friends have gone to the police, showing that she had the court order to remain in the house but the police have ignored it and refused to do anything about it. My friend is still unable to get back into her home and is under a lot of emotional strain because of everything that has just happened. From what I am told, there will be a hearing in late November by a Federal Judge to settle all of this; and if they side with the law, she should get her home back. I just pray that they do this, as many times the courts deny justice and side with law enforcement.
I would hate to think the reason they are doing this is because of race, though it is not uncommon for this type of thing to happen in California, as I have come to find out with past experiences. Either way, they are clearly doing this because they feel she is powerless. What makes me most sick is that these police officers have no morals that they would do what they did to a woman in these conditions with guns drawn! I am so filled with anger right now that they could do this to such a good friend, and such a sweet woman as I have come to know her.

Please, I beg for your help and sign this petition and SPREAD THE WORD about this. There needs to be justice for my friend!
