I am saddened by the repeated loss of 0r0 tumblr; I'd say keep it private if you set another up, only tell people through notes or something. Not worth this hassle at the hands of some dickwad.

Yes, you need to make a tumblr tell people you have a new one, but dont give it out public, ask if people want your tumblr, and to note you or something, and if it does get deleted, you can figure out what little kid keeps reporting your tumblrs.
